1. Gung Ho

Description: This movie, is full of fun and boom.This is made up actually when the Japan was showing the world that how can I am making a quality products and definitely dumping the world economies. No doubt it is a thought provoking movie and interesting to watching. 

2. Norma Rae
Year: 1979
Cast: Sally Field, Beau Bridges, and Ron Leibman  
Description: Leadership doesn't just come from the top.Norman Rae is a single mother who—despite great personal risk—fights to unionize her textile mill to improve terrible working conditions. 3. Patton
Year: 1970
Cast: George C. Scott, Karl Malden, and Stephen Young
Description: A profile of the most aggressive American general in World War II. His drive and strategic ingenuity achieved remarkable results on the battlefield. But his aggressive genius was flawed by a temper and callousness toward subordinates. Was the commander of the Allies right to remove Patton from leadership because of his flaws? This movie prompts deep reflections on the emotional intelligence that must underpin true leaders.

4. Moonstruck
Year: 1987
Cast: Cher, Nicolas Cage, and Olympia Dukakis

Description:The character Cosmo Castorini, played by Vincent Gardenia, has the "hard sell" down pat, saying to a naive young couple: "There are three kinds of pipe. There's what you have, which is garbage—and you can see where that's gotten you. There's bronze, which is pretty good, unless something goes wrong. And something always goes wrong.
